Terms & Conditions

We review and update these terms regularly to provide the best service. By booking a class or using our website, you agree to the most recent version.

1. Health, Safety & Participation

By booking and joining any session (in person or online), you agree to the following:

  • Understand the Risks: Physical activity carries a risk of injury. By joining, you acknowledge this and agree to follow all safety instructions.

  • Your Health: You confirm you are at least 18, in good physical health, and safe to participate. Please consult a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, nursing, or have underlying health concerns.

  • Keep Us Posted: Please give accurate info on your participation form and notify your instructor of any health changes, new injuries, or pregnancy before class starts.

  • Listen to Your Body: If you feel dizzy, faint, or experience pain, stop immediately and let your instructor know.

  • Preparation: Arrive well-hydrated and avoid heavy meals for two hours before class. Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs. For safety, please do not chew gum or eat during class.

2. Additional Pole Safety

  • Product-Free Skin: No moisturisers, oils, lotions, or tanning products on the day of class (ideally for 24 hours before) to prevent slipping.

  • Jewellery: Remove ALL rings, jewellery, fitness trackers, and watches to protect yourself and the poles.

  • The Warm-Up: Arriving on time is essential. If you miss the warm-up, you may be refused entry for your own safety.

  • Safety Mats: Always use the crash mats provided, especially when learning new moves.

  • Practice Sessions: Work at your own level and only practice moves you've already learned in class. For insurance reasons, spotting or teaching other students is not permitted.

  • Poles & Accidents: Poles are static by default; ask your instructor if adjustments are needed. Report any accidents immediately so they can go in our accident book.

3. Online & Outdoor Sessions

  • Online Classes: You are responsible for ensuring your home workout space is safe, clear, and restriction-free.

  • Outdoor Events: Terrain may be uneven, wet, or slippery. Participating in our outdoor sessions is entirely at your own risk. Please check the area for hazards such as twigs, stones, or holes before we begin. Please dress for the weather and bring water. If we need to move indoors for any reason, we’ll text or email you as soon as possible on the day.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking and cancellation windows vary by class type to keep things fair and running smoothly:

  • Pole 4-Week Blocks & Subscriptions: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed classes are forfeited. Subscriptions can be paused indefinitely if you are away for 4+ weeks. Please contact us directly to arrange a pause. If you cancel the subscription yourself in the system, it will end your plan, and you will have to start over from scratch when you return.

  • Pole PAYG Drop-in & Practice: You can book a spot right up until the start time. If you book ahead but your plans change, please cancel at least 2 hours before class to keep your credit.

  • Groove Classes: Last-minute bookings are welcome right up until the music starts! If you've booked in advance and can no longer make it, just make sure to cancel at least 2 hours ahead to retain your credit.

  • Special Events & Workshops: Spaces can be booked right up to the start time. If something comes up and you can't join us, please let us know at least 4 hours before the event so we can offer your place to someone else.

  • Private Pole & 1:1 Sessions: These are arranged on request and can be booked up to 24 hours before the start time. 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange your bespoke session, otherwise the credit is forfeited.

  • Hen & Birthday Classes: 50% non-refundable deposit at booking. Balance due 1 month before. Fully non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the event.

  • Photoshoots: Full refund with 4 weeks’ notice. No refund within 28 days unless the space can be resold.

  • If We Cancel: Your credit is automatically returned. For one-off events or cancelled block dates where a backup date doesn't work for you, a full refund will be issued.

5. Media & Privacy

We love celebrating your movement journey! We occasionally take photos or videos for social media.

  • Your Choice: If you’d prefer not to be featured on camera, no worries at all! Just let your instructor know and we’ll make sure you are kept off the screen.

  • Your Photos & Videos: You are welcome to capture your own practice for personal use. If you choose to share your photos or videos on social media, please keep the sound off to respect music licensing. If other classmates are visible in the background, just check with them before posting (or use a quick emoji to blur their faces) and tag Soozi Kay so we can cheer you on.

6. Liability & Jurisdiction

You participate at your own risk. The studio and its instructors are not liable for injuries or losses unless caused by our proven negligence. These terms are governed by English law.

7. Website Terms of Use
